There are several ways to pass an order. The fastest method is through our website. You can add the desired products to your cart. Then choose ‘checkout’ and go through the indicated steps. Of course we will treat your data with the utmost care

Prices

On our website, prices are displayed including VAT. When you place a product in your cart, you will see the price including VAT. In the shopping cart, VAT will be charged on the amount of your order. This is the amount you will eventually have to pay.

Orders abroad

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process orders from outside the Netherlands. We hope to be able to offer this in the future.

Intra-community delivery

If your company has a VAT number, you can enter it during the online ordering process. After your VAT number is verified we will proceed to process your order.

Changes / Cancellations

Of course you have the possibility to adjust or cancel your order in the meantime. In case of cancellation, please use our withdrawal form. Of course, we are happy to help you find a suitable alternative. No cancellation fees will be charged.

Shipping & Pickup

What are the shipping costs?

  • All digital our products concerns digital licenses are delivered within 24 hours via email (if in stock).

  • All other products will be sent to you ASAP. (Depending on deliverability and stock at our suppliers. )

Can I also pick up the products from your place?

  • Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our address is a fortress address.

  • Visits are by appointment only, if consulted in advance.

  • Visiting our branch address without consultation is not appreciated. This is because of our privacy.
