Returning
For products that are sent digitally, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment. Additional information can be found in Article 230p of the Civil Code – Book 6, Law of Obligations.
When making an order with digital online content, you will be reminded in the ordering process that by ordering you agree to delivery (Digital download + license code). You further agree that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the downloading of the digital content (software) has begun.
CAUTION:
- Received license codes cannot be returned.
For all other products, the rules listed in our terms and conditions section 9 apply.
Follow the instructions below to request a return
1. Log in
At 'My Account' you can log in with your credentials. if you do not remember it, you can click on ' password forgotten'. after logging in, click on "orders'
2.Warranty period
In your order summary you can see the products you have ordered in the past and the warranty period of the respective item.
3. Create Return
Select the item and click on the 'return item' button
4. Return Instructions
We will send you clear return instructions oer email within one business day.
5. Processing
You will receive a status update, once your product has arrived. We will do our best to find and solve the problem. This takes an average of 4 business days.
